Wilderness Boss Rework, Revenants, and Dragon Pickaxe
We are glad to hear that the OSRS wilderness boss rework has been released in the game. Now you can fight these bosses in their lairs (multi-combat area). Be aware that entering the wilderness will bring you the risk of losing your items.
Wilderness Rework
You have to pay 50K OSRS gold coins as the fee to enter a boss's lair. And it decreases by 10K for every boss kill.
You can now find Callisto, the bear, in Callisto's Den, south of the demonic ruins.
Vet'ion, the scary skeleton now waiting for you in Vet'ion's Rest, south of Lava Dragon Isle.
You will find Venenatis out in the Silk Chasm, a mere scuttle away from the Dark Crabs Teleport.
After defeating any boss, you should have to leave through Escape Caves, with four exits to the surface.
With the Wilderness boss rework, the Accursed Sceptre, Webweaver Bow, Ursine Chainmace, and The Voidwaker have been added to the game.
Artio, Calvarion, and Spindel, relatives of Callisto, Vet'ion, and Venenatis, are the new soloable wilderness boss. You will find their lairs in and around the Graveyard of Shadows below level 30 Wilderness.
Revenants
The base drop rates of the Revenant weapons have increased by 50% and five times when you are on a slayer task.
You will find more players and PKers in the Revenant Caves in the future.
Dragon Pickaxe
Did you focus on the price of the dragon pickaxe in the past few days? You can now get it from the Kalphite Queen and the Volcanic Mine. So the price will continue to decrease in the future.
The Queen now has a 1/400 to drop the Dragon pickaxe.
The Dragon pickaxe drop rate from the King Blackdragon increased from 1/1,500 to 1/1,000.
When you try to open ore packs (purchased from the Volcanic Mine reward shop for 4,000 points each), you will have a chance to get a broken dragon pickaxe. And Nurmof the Dwarf can fix it for a mere 2,500,000 gold coins.
