RS Account Register Email and Password Change Guide

After you receive the account information, please change the registered email and password first.

Change Registered Email

1. Click Here to log in with the original username and password we have sent to you. And then click the account setting option on the left menu.

2. Click to unfold Email & Communication preferences and then click the change email button. Jagex will send you a system email to your current email address, so check it and follow the link to change the registered email for your RS account.

3. Log in to the new registered email address to confirm the change. 

Change Password

1. Log onto RS Account Setting Interface, similarly to change the email address.

2. Unfold Change Password and click the change password button, and you will be sent an email to your registered email address with a link for changing your password.

3. Click the link in the registered email to change your password, and then submit it.
