OSRS Metal Dragons And The Locations
Metal dragons are created by pouring molten metal on the dragons' eggs and hatching them, few of which survived the process. They attack players with a long-range Dragonfire and melee, while Mithril, Adamant, and Rune dragons also use ranged and magic.
It's wise to fight Bronze-Steel dragons with Ranged or Magic with an anti-dragon shield and antifire potions, standing out from their melee attack range for complete protection. Remember to bring some food to fight Mithril-Rune dragons because they can also harm you with magic and ranged attacks.
Bronze Dragon
The bronze dragon is the weakest metal dragon in the OSRS game. It is the only one who doesn't drop the rare draconic visage. And it has lower drop rates of Dragon plateskirt & Dragon platelegs than any other metal dragons. So, players are not willing to kill them for OSRS gold coins.

Iron Dragon
The iron dragon is the second weakest metal dragon, which drops the rare draconic visage. And it's easier to kill with magic for low-level players. If players have completed the Elite Karamja Diary, they will get noted iron bars dropped from killing iron dragons in Brimhaven Dungeon.

Steel Dragon
The steel dragon has higher drop rates of the dragon items than bronze and iron dragons. Low-level players commonly kill them for OSRS gold coins.

Mithril Dragon
Players can find the mithril dragon in the Ancient Cavern only. Talk to Otto about pyre ships after completing the first part of Barbarian Firemaking training to gain access to the Ancient Cavern. And the mithril dragon is the only one who drops the Dragon full helm.
Adamant & Rune Dragons
The adamant and rune dragons live in the Lithkren Vault only, which players can access after the completion of the Dragon Slayer II.
Adamant dragons drop the Dragon limbs & the Dragon metal slice, while Rune dragons drop Dragon limbs & Dragon metal lump. Camping at Rune dragons is a good way to make OSRS gold coins for higher-level players.
Both adamant and rune dragons are powerful and dangerous. Please be ready to face death at any time.
