Requirements:
Quests: 200 Quest Points, Legends' Quest, Dream Mentor, A Tail of Two Cats, Animal Magnetism, Ghosts Ahoy, Bone Voyage, Client of Kourend
Skills: 75 Magic, 70 Smithing, 68 Mining, 62 Crafting, 60 Agility (Higher recommended), 60 Thieving (Higher recommended), 50 Construction, and 50 Hitpoints. Note that all skills are no boosts allowed.
Others: Started the Firemaking part of Barbarian Training to gain access to the Ancient Cavern. You must have the M'speak amulet and the Karamjan monkey greegree in the bank.
Read Before Buying:
Although the following skills or items are not required in the quest, these are required for BOSS fighting.
For regular player: You must have 75+ Attack, 75+ Strength, 75+ Defense, 80+ Ranged, 80+ Hitpoint and 60+ Prayer.
For ironman: You must have 80+ Attack, 80+ Strength, 80+ Defense, 90+Ranged, 80+ Hitpoint and 60+ Prayer. And also good Melee & Ranged armours, Serpentine helm or 10 Antidote ++, 500 Ruby bolts (e), 500 Diamond bolts (e), 20 Dragonfire potions, 20 Stamina potions, 300 Manta rays or 300 Sharks and 500K coins.

Dragon Slayer II: The Legacy of Elvarg is a quest that was released on 4 January 2018. It was announced during RuneFest 2017, and is a sequel to the original Dragon Slayer I quest, which was released in 2001. Following the player's defeat of Elvarg, Crandor is now (fairly) safe to investigate; one such researcher, Dallas Jones, seeks to investigate Elvarg's lair in hopes of uncovering the mystery behind her attack on the island.
30 years prior to the fateful day a mighty adventurer awakened Elvarg from her slumber, Crandor was a thriving and very much alive island, with a great tradition of mages and adventurers.
