Everything You Need to Know About OSRS Fresh Start Worlds
Firstly, the Fresh Start Worlds will be available for all free players and members on October 19th. And currently, the expected end date is April 19th, 2023 (may be subject to change).
We will introduce more details of the new game mode in the following.
Introduction
Fresh Start Worlds is a new OSRS Game mode that allows you to create a fresh new account to restart your adventures in OSRS.
All the players in the Fresh Start Worlds are on the same starting line. It has a fresh economy, HiScores!
The game content is the same as the main game, except for the iron man mode. And future game updates will also synchronize to the Fresh Start Worlds.
The Fresh Start Worlds game has a brand new Achievement System & World First System that there is not in the main game. We will introduce them below.
The Fresh Start Worlds will last for six months. After then, all your account data will transfer to the main game.
In addition, you can opt out of Fresh Start Worlds Side using the Panel Interface and transfer all your account data to the main game at any time, which is irreversible.
Starting
You need to create a new OSRS Account to start on the Fresh Start Worlds.
At the end of the tutorial, you can select to continue to the main game or join the Fresh Start Worlds.
You will also see how many days are left until the Fresh Start Worlds ends.
Bond-to-Voucher System
There will be a new Bond-to-Voucher system that allows you to gift membership to your friends who play the Fresh Start Worlds from the main game.
Generate a code: Click to open the Bond Redemption menu in the main game, and you’ll see a new option: Redeem a Voucher Code.
Once generated, you will find the voucher in the Player Inbox.
You can use it for yourself or give it to your friends who are willing to play the Fresh Start Worlds.
Redeem the code: You must log on to the OSRS official website with an account and select the Redeem Code option to redeem the code to the current logged-on account.
Achievement System
The Fresh Start Worlds game mode has a unique Achievement system that helps guide new players – but it won’t offer additional rewards. You will gain Achievement points by completing OSRS quests, Achievement Diaries, Clue scrolls, killing bosses, etc.
The Achievement points are just to let you see your efforts, but there is no other use. There should be some extra rewards to encourage new players. Like the Achievement Diaries system rewards?
Achievement points gaining:

| Achievement Diary Tier Completion | The total points for the tier, divided by 2. For example, the Ardougne Medium diary has 12 tasks, so you'd be awarded ((12 * 12) / 2) = 72 points for completing the tier. You must complete previous tiers to get these bonuses. |

Worlds First System
World Firsts is the way of recognizing players who are the first to do something awesome in the game. When someone achieves the first achievement, the system will notify all players by broadcasting it.
World First planning to broadcast:
> Being the first to kill a boss.
> Being the first to complete an Achievement or Combat Diary.
> Being the first to hit 99 in any skill OR being the first to hit max level.
> Being the first to earn a Quest Cape or Music Cape, or being the first to complete specific Collection Logs.
> Being the first to gain a pet.
> Being the first person to get an iconic item as a drop, including Abyssal Whip, Toxic Blowpipe, Bandos, and more.
> Being the first to complete a Quest.
At the end
The dream always wakes one day, but this dream will take six months. When the Fresh Start Worlds game ends, you will find:
> All accounts will be frozen on the Fresh Start Worlds HiScores.
> All accounts will be transferred to the main game.
> Nobody will be able to log in to Fresh Start Worlds.
> Any pending Grand Exchange transactions on Fresh Start Worlds will be canceled. You must log into a Fresh Start World for the last time to process it.
