OSRS Free Quest Guide - The Restless Ghost

In the OSRS quest, you will help Father Aereck find out how to get rid of the ghost haunting Lumbridge's graveyard.

Requirements

There are no requirements for the quest.

Runes for the Lumgridge teleport (requires 31 ) or three Lumbridge teleport tabs (member only)

Necklace of Passage for fast travel to the Wizards' Tower (member only)

Quest Walkthrough

1. Teleport to Lumbridge and speak to Father Aereck in the Lumbridge church. (Chat 3-1)

2. Leave the church, go through the graveyard (just south of the church), and continue walking toward the west. You will find a hut in the west Lumbridge Swamp (just west of the dungeon icon on the map).

3. Go inside the hut and Speak to Father Urhney to receive the Ghostspeak amulet. (Chat 2-1) You can drop the amulet and speak to Father Urhney for more. (Chat 2)

4. Return to the graveyard.

5. Equip your Ghostspeak amulet and open the coffin in the southeast corner of the graveyard (in a small hut). Speak to the ghost. (Chat 1)

6. Head to the Wizards' Tower and climb down the ladder on the ground floor to the basement.

7. Search the altar for a ghost's skull. Note: Leave the altar quickly before the skeleton starts attacking you.

8. Return to the graveyard and use the skull on the opened coffin.

9. After the cutscene, you will complete the quest.

The amulet is also required (you must wear it) for claiming Ecto-tokens from a Ghost disciple.
