Nex in the Ancient Prison is Now Available to Be Defeated
Great news - on 10 January 2011, Jagex released Nex, the fifth general in God Wars Dungeon. Now you can face her and her followers in the ancient prison.
Next & Drops
Nex is a powerful Boss in God Wars Dungeon. She is sealed away in the Ancient Prison which is locked behind the frozen door in the southern part of the God Wars Dungeon. She drops lots of items including many unique items and common items after death. You can find the unique drop list below:

How to Get There
Use the frozen key you got from The Frozen Door miniquest to permanently unlock the frozen door. There is a safe room between the main area and Nex's chamber. You must kill the spiritual warriors/rangers/mages to gain 40 ancient essences to get to the safe room. Of course, if you have completed the combat achievements, you need less essence - the high tier you completed, the less you will need.
Ashuelot Reis the nature spirit who provides banking services is always there waiting for serving you. Just go past the ancient barrier with your teammates to enter the chamber once you are all ready. By the way, you can only access the chamber when Nex is not being fought or the chamber is glowing purple.
Fight Nex
Nex has five phases: Smoke, Shadow, Blood, Ice and Zaros. And she will do some special attacks during the whole fight. Beware of your hitpoints and prayer! She is powerful and can deal up to 75 damage once you are attacked. During each phase fight, you should kill her mages Fumus, Umbra, Cruor, Glacies to proceed to the next phase. Once she is defeated, you will get the loots. If you died during the fight, you can retrieve all your lost items by paying 100k osrs gold coins at a chest in the safe room. But pay attention that all the items will be lost if you die an unsafe death a second time. Click here to find out more about the fight.
