Let's Talk Something About OSRS Slayer Training Today

01/21/22

In the OSRS game, you need a certain slayer skill level to kill some monsters like Wyrm, Drake, Abyssal demon, Hydra, Cave kraken, Cerberus, and more. And also, you need some special equipment or Slayer-specific items to kill some of these slayer monsters. Today, let's talk about slayer skill training.

Combat Skills Based

Slayer is based on combat, although some slaughter tasks do not have any requirements. You must have certain combat skills to kill those monsters, whether melee, ranged, or magic. For the pure ranger or mage, you must have Level 43+ Prayer for using Protect from Magic, Missiles, and Melee. Many players train combat skills by completing slayer tasks as the slayer is a profitable skill.

slayer master

Slayer Masters Choose

There are a total of 9 slayer masters in the game, who give you different tasks from easy to hard. Which master you choose depends on your current combat level. Of course, some masters have combat level requirements. If you don't meet her requirements, she won't give you Slayer task.

Some tips on how to choose Slayer Master:

1. Try to choose the slayer master that is equivalent to your combat.

2. If you have reached Combat 75, it’s better to get a slayer task from Konar quo Maten. You can get Brimstone key drops to open the Brimstone chest beside Knoar, which will give you more profits while training the skill. You’d better have the ability to use fairy ring and have Level 62/29 Agility for a quick reaching. You can also teleport to the farming guild with the skill necklace and run to her.

3. If you are brave enough, you can go to Krystilia to get tasks. All her tasks are completed within the wildness. You can get Larran's keys as the additional drop. The key can be used to open Larran’s small and big chests for more profits.

4. Personal suggestion: Don't choose Duradel. It will take you a long time to complete most of his tasks because he will ask you to kill a large number of monsters.

About Slayer Reward Point

You will get slayer reward points after each slayer task is completed from every slayer master except Turael and Spria. But if you want to gain points quickly, both of them are very important. You can use Turael and Spria for the first 9 slayer tasks and then any Slayer master depends on your combat level.

You can use the points to exchange items for slayer tasks, unlock new tasks, learn how to craft slayer items like slayer ring and slayer helm, skip the current task, and block tasks. Most players use the points on buying Malevolent masquerade to make a slayer helm, Ring bling for crafting a slayer ring, Bigger and Badder for superior monsters, Herb sack for collecting grimy herbs, Rune pouch for storing runes. And also, most of you must have used it on skipping tasks or blocking tasks.
